Guarantor Info:- Uk Guarantor If a student has a UK guarantor they can choose whether to pay monthly or quarterly. The first instalment (remainder of deposit)) must be paid 30 days before your tenancy start date. The first rental instalment must be paid on or before the date your contract starts. You will not be able to move into the property if this has not been paid in full. International Guarantor If a student does not have a UK guarantor they will need to pay in 3 monthly installments or for the whole term up front.
