Mode of Payment:- UK Bank Transfer. Debit or Credit Card Internal Bank Transfer.
Full payment will be required prior to arrival. However, the 39 weeks, 43 weeks & 51 weeks tenancies will have the option to select the 3 instalments and for the 27 weeks and 35 weeks tenancies they will have the option to select the 2 instalments during the time of booking.
The deposit for all of our rooms is only GBP 250. Other charges: 1. Double occupancy in studios is plus GBP 50 per week. 2. Laundry room with the self-service washer and dryer (wash is £3.50 and dry is £2 subject to changes).
Students who have selected to pay in 2 or 3 instalments, this is only available for students who has a UK base guarantor. They will need to ensure their guarantor have signed the agreement to be the guarantor and provide the following documents valid UK passport (international passport will need to be supported with a valid BRP card to proof for the right to remain in the UK), latest 3 months’ worth of payslips or bank statement, proof of address from a utility bill for example.

Yes of course! All our properties, always have staff on site, however it is best if you let us know in advance the date and time you would like to visit so we can make sure the appropriate person is available to show you around and tell you more about the property and location.
What is the Guest Policy?
Students can have two visitors in the daytime and one visitor overnight for 2 consecutive nights per week.
