You will have 3 rent instalments usually due in October, January and April, which coincide with Student Finance. There is also a deposit of £100 and a smaller pre-rent payment of £150 to pay in August. The exact date can be found on your statement. They have three payment options available: Full rent upfront Three instalments with a UK guarantor 60% of full rent prior to arrival, and 40% in January.

If you would prefer to pay in instalments but do not have a UK guarantor you can use Housing Hand who will act as a UK guarantor on your behalf.
To secure a room you need to pay a deposit of GBP 100. It is refundable at the at the end of the tenancy subject to contractual obligations.
