Booking info: To start your application, you will need to pay one week’s rent (your holding deposit) and a bond equal to 4 weeks rent is required to be paid at the time of signing your contract to live at Iglu.
1. Rent must be paid on fortnightly basis. 2. You are responsible for ensuring that your rent is paid a minimum of two weeks in advance at all times in accordance with your Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Credit and debit card. Bank transfer is allowed. Please note: 1. All credit and debit card payments are subject to surcharges which will be calculated at check-out. 2. As of 1 April 2025, the international credit and debit surcharge on online payments has increased to 2.99%. 3. Residents can still use an Australian bank account to avoid surcharges.
