Payment Info:- They accept all major credit and debit cards, including American Express, PayPal, and ACH Payment via Bank Transfer for the first months and deposit. Starting the second month they ask that you switch to ACH Payment via Bank Transfer as a default payment method. You still can request payment with your credit card or PayPal, but a convenience fee of 4% will be added to your invoice.
Rent Info:- Your rent is due 5 days before the new month of your schedule. They can split the rent for a small additional monthly fee: 7% will be added if you want to split your payments into 2 payments per month. 14% will be added if you want to split your payment into 4 payments per month.
