Payment and Fees
Holding Deposit: Once they have received the booking form, to confirm the booking the student will be required to make a Holding Deposit payment equivalent to 1 x weeks rental amount via the student portal. This amount is applied to the first rent cycle (Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide) or used towards their Bond (Brisbane) Bond: Is payable 10 days prior to arrival via the student portal and is lodged to the Australian Government on the students behalf. Bond is equivalent to 3 x weeks rent + the Holding Deposit which is already paid (4 weeks total rent total)
Payment Info:- Rent payment frequency is fortnight and students can make payment via their nominated debit/ credit card.
Guarantor Info:- Only required for Under 18 International bookings. However, we will need the student to send through an emergency contact upon booking.
Booking info: One week's rent as per the room type and property.
