The studio is not secured until the reservation rent has been made. All payments made are non-refundable. All payments are only accepted through bank transfer. Reservation Rent - £1,000 - To be paid immediately to secure the room (This payment gets cut from the total annual rent) Extras:- 1 cycle of washer is £3.50 1 cycle of dryer is £1 Laundry is charged per Wash.
Security Deposit - £300 – To be paid before check in (To be given back upon check out keeping in mind the studio is given back clean, tidy & with no damages)
