Each apartment has a bed, a desk where you can concentrate on your homework while using the free high-speed internet, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers for additional storage in each of the rooms. Private and fully functional bathrooms are available. The kitchen is properly furnished with an induction cooktop, a toaster, and storage cabinets for food. When they are running behind schedule, pupils might get food from the cabinets. In addition to seeing a movie at the theatre or having a cup of coffee with friends at the café, one can study for examinations in the library. The Property offers every one of these possibilities.

Location and What's Hot?

The location of the accommodation makes it a pretty happening place. Restaurants like The Balti House and Mama restaurant & cafe are close by. Various supermarkets are also very near which makes the accommodation extremely accessible and a comfortable place for the student to reside in. The weekends would never be dull in this location, the Kensington Gardens is extremely close and is relaxing and would help in unwinding for the week. Gunnersbury Park Museum can also be an exciting and chill place to hang out with friends.

Commute

The location of the property makes it extremely easy to commute from one place to the other. Joseph Avenue (Stop G) bus station is within an 11-minute walk or Acton Main Line Station is a 10-minute walk away from the accommodation. If you want to take a train then the Acton Main Line train station is also a 6-minute drive away.

  • No Place No Pay
    University refusal :- Until 31st July, any cancellation requests outside the cooling off period will be considered only if you have not been accepted into your chosen London University. Each cancellation request will be taken on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by documents confirming university refusal. If cancellation is approved, you will be released from the contract and your accommodation fee will be refunded less the prepayment. After 31st July , cancellations outside the cooling

    Visa Refusal:- If your visa is refused, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your visa refusal. Each cancellation request must be sent with supportive document (visa refusal and official proof that your course has been cancelled) prior to the booking start date. If cancellation is approved, you will be released from the contract and your accommodation fee will be refunded less the prepayment 
  • Covid-19 Policy
    Exception Covid-19 :- They understand this is a time of uncertainty and would like to reassure you that they will accept late cancellations if you are unable to reach the United Kingdom due to entry restrictions imposed by the government. Each cancellation request must be sent with supportive documents at least 24 hours prior to the booking start date. If the request is approved, you will be able to postpone your booking until restrictions are lifted. 
  • Cooling Off Period
    Cooling off period :- All bookings receive a 5-day cooling off period starting from the booking confirmation date. If you request to cancel within this period, you will be released from the contract and receive a full refund. Please note, should your check-in date fall within these 5 days, this will classify as the end of your cooling off period.     A: Pets are not allowed in their properties.

    Q: What if I want to move rooms during my stay?

    A: If you wish to change Studio during your stay with us, please let us know about it. They will do  their  best to arrange this for you depending on availability. This action may incur an administration fee.

    Q: Do I have to pay council tax?

    A: Camden residents are required to pay Council Tax. Students on a full-time course can be exempted. Please contact us for further details.

    Q: What is included in the accommodation fee?

    A: All utility bills, water, electricity, Internet access are included in the accommodation fee.

    Q: Do you take charges for laundry facilities?

    A: Yes, the property is equipped with on-site coin-operated and cashless washing machines and dryers.

    Q: What happens if something in my room, e.g. a chair or light bulb breaks?

    A: Their maintenance team is available 24/7. In the case of emergency please contact us & will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Q: What is the easiest Transport link from the property?

    A: Tube: The underground is the easiest way to travel around London. Airport pickup: this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us to avail the facility.

    A: Check-in time is from 15:00 hours to the Licence start date. If there are any outstanding payments, please try to make these prior to arrival & make sure to do all the necessary payments before checking in.

    A: If you want to arrive earlier this can be arranged on a weekly/nightly basis separate to your agreement and pending availability, please contact  their  booking team regarding this.

    A: If you wish to arrive later, your contract will still commence from your check-in date as detailed in your Confirmation Email.

    Q: What documents I need to provide before my tenancy starts?

    A: Copy of the letter from your university or school confirming that you have been accepted on a higher education course of study, Copy of your passport or government-issued ID, Copy of valid Visa if required entering the UK.

    Q: Do I need to be a student to live in student accommodation?

    A: Residents must be at least 18 years old or older and accepted on a full-time higher education study programme at a London Educational Institution during the Accommodation Period or are accepted on a recognised study programme for ages 16 years and above.

    Q: Can I move in early?

    A: Their standard tenancies have fixed dates and cannot be changed. However if you are looking to move in earlier it may be possible to book an additional short stay tenancy, this will involve signing another set of paperwork and you will be charged for any additional nights.

    Q: What documents do I need to bring to the property when I move in?

    A: Please bring an official form of id with you e.g. Passport or provisional/driving licence. If you have not already returned the original signed tenancy agreement you should also bring these with you.

    Q: Haven't paid rent yet, can I still move in?

    A: Its really important that your rent is paid on time. Your first installment before moving in covers the first part of your tenancy.

    Q: Can my family/friends stay for a few nights after dropping me off?

    A: It is best to speak with the staff at the property to find out if this is OK. If it is only for an evening or two, that is usually fine.

    Q: What’s included in my rent?

    A:  All utility bills (gas, water and electricity), and your own private wifi network are all included in the rent. Free weekly grab and go breakfast, coffee, 24/7 staff on site and cleaning of communal areas is also included.

    Q: What documents do I need for my application?

    A: You will need to upload a copy of your photographic ID, visa (if required) and offer letter for university so please have these handy. If you do not yet have an offer from your university or a visa yet, you can still book with us and supply these documents later.
