You will be provided a waste bin that you will set out during an allotted time frame for a representative to pick up each night. How do I acquire Renters Insurance?
How do I acquire Renters Insurance?
At Sterling Berkeley Collection, you are required to provide proof of renters insurance at move in, or to participate in our liability waiver program. This program is only $13.95 per month, and you will automatically be opted in, unless you provide proof of your own renter’s insurance policy. The liability waiver program is not a renters insurance policy, and personal property will not be covered. If you choose to provide your own renters insurance, you must have at least 100k in personal liability insurance and upload the coverage plan to your resident portal or email it to the office
