Booking Deposit
To secure a room you need to pay a deposit of GBP 100. It is refundable at the at the end of the tenancy subject to contractual obligations.
Pay In Instalment
You will have 3 rent instalments usually due in October, January and April, which coincide with Student Finance. There is also a deposit of £100 and a smaller pre-rent payment of £150 to pay in August. The exact date can be found on your statement. They have three payment options available: Full rent upfront Three instalments with a UK guarantor 60% of full rent prior to arrival, and 40% in January.

Payment Info: Can be paid by direct debit, over the phone or through logging into the account. American Express cards are not accepted.
Guarantor Requirement
Rent Payments: International students require a UK guarantor to pay in three instalments. If you would like to change your room, then that is fine if they have the availability. If you have accepted your room offer and completed your booking, they may still be able to accommodate your request, just get in touch. They will need to withdraw your current room offer and your guarantor will need to reaccept your room offer this does not incur any costs.

Of course! They would encourage you to make your room your own. However, there are things that you cannot do such as sticking Sellotape or Blu Tack on the walls or using nails and drawing pins.

They provide free contents insurance through Endsleigh. This is basic cover and if you have expensive equipment then you might need to upgrade.

No its up to you what time you get back. If you get back late then please be respectful of your flatmates and keep noise to a minimum.

No. Your room is yours for the entire length of your contract. That means that you don't have to move out for Christmas, Easter, or any other holiday. You can even stay with them for Summer if you want to (this will be charged at their Summer rates).
