This TBC is divided into equal installments due on the first day of each calendar month that your lease spans. This helps you only have to remember one dollar amount as well as one consistent rent due date. You can pay monthly, semesterly, or the full term in advance! There is a 3% discount when paying the full lease value upfront. In order to receive this discount the total contract value must be paid on or before the start of the lease.

They do not have a courtesy officer, however they do have a 24/7 On-Call staff that you can call anytime for lock outs, noise complaints, or emergency maintenance. In the event of an emergency always call 911 first.

Can I hang stuff on the wall?
You are allowed and encouraged to make The Stack your home by decorating your apartment. As a rule of thumb, the hole left behind in the wall should be smaller than the eraser end of a pencil.
Can I come visit my student?
They would love for you to visit your student so you can see what it is like to call The Stack home. their Visitor policy allows guests to stay up to 7 consecutive days without approval from the office. Any guests needing to stay longer than 7 consecutive days must have written approval from roommate(s) and office.
How are the noise levels?
The Stack values community and they encourage or residents to utilize their amenities. They also encourage all residents to follow their quiet hour policy to insure that all neighbors are also able to sleep, study, relax, in an environment that meets their needs.
Who is your internet service provider, and what is the service like?
Their internet and cable provider is Synergy Fiber. They encourage all resident to perform and upload and download speed test at their leisure. If you ever experience any issues with cable or internet please call Synergy directly and they will help you resolve your problem!
Do I get a discount for paying multiple months at a time?

Do you provide roommate matching services?
Their Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager go through each and every roommate preference profile when assigning roommates to those in need. While no match is guaranteed they do strive to provide quality matches based on the information on your roommate profile from your application. You can update this profile at any time by logging in to your resident portal and clicking the down arrow next to Hi, Name, >> My Account >> Preferences.
Where can I park?
Their surface parking lot is free and offers ample parking spaces for their residents and their guests with proper parking tags. They also have an attached parking garage for added convenience. This is optional and can be added to your lease at any time for $45 per month to provide you a guaranteed parking space.
