    Cancellations before 31st May 2022:- 7 day Cooling Off Period You can cancel your booking in writing or by sending an email directly to the Property Team within 7 days of accepting your tenancy agreement. If you decide to cancel your accommodation booking within these 7 days, there will be a GBP 25 cancellation fee and as such GBP 225 of your booking fee will be returned.     Cancellations before 31st May 2022:- Change of mind Booking different accommodation Accepted onto a placement Any other reason If you do not wish to live at Property for the above reasons and If you cancel before the 31st May 2022 after the 7 day cooling off period: Option 1: You are eligible to be released from your tenancy upon request to the Property Team, however, you will forfeit the GBP 250 booking fee.
