Rent must always be paid in advance. Payments can be made in the following way: a) Bank Transfer into the Bank Account. b) Direct Debit from a nominated Australian bank account. c) At reception during business hours via EFTPOS or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa). Credit card payments incur a surcharge.
