Rent must always be paid in advance. Payments can be made in the following way: a) Bank Transfer into the Bank Account. b) Direct Debit from a nominated Australian bank account. c) At reception during business hours via EFTPOS or Credit Card (MasterCard or Visa). Credit card payments incur a surcharge.
You have to pay a Security Deposit / Bond of 4 weeks rent. Bond is payable to the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
