Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

Are meals services included in the price?

Can my friends stay the night?

Yes, a friend can stay in your room for a maximum of 4 free nights per month using the existing beds. Others 4 to 20 per night.* If you must stay longer, you will need to rent one room at special prices .For security reasons they must register with reception. If you share a room you must have the consent of your partner.

Where do I buy the ticket for public transport?

Depending on how long you stay or what you are going to travel, you must choose what type of ticket to buy. All travel cards are for sale at any public transport station (except at bus stops)

Is the bathroom shared?

Each studio has a private bathroom. If you choose the option of double studio or apartment, only you will share with your partner.

Does the kitchen include kitchenware?

Each resident must bring their own household items, but is fully equipped with plate hob, fridge, small freezer ,microwave, sink, storage space ,kitchen table and two chairs .For short stays of parents, teachers and researchers we have some household items for rent low availability

Can I redecorate the room?

Yes, as long as you follow the rules of the residence, without damaging the furniture .For example: it is not allowed to drill holes in walls or furniture, paint or bring fire hazard appliances; Ex: a stove. Yes, you can bring a coffee maker, blender, etc

No, bringing pets is prohibited

Is there a washing machine in the room?

No, but we have a laundry within our facilities, exclusively for residents .They can use it 24 hours through the C clean application. 3 washing machine and 3 dryer. Soap and fabric softener included.

What day is the weekly cleaning done?

Based on your room number, you will be assigned a day a week (Monday to Saturday). *The assigned day cannot be changed. The team of cleaning will come to your room between 9:00 a.m. and2:30 p.m. At that time, you must vacate theroomduringsome30minuteroughly so they can work .It is important that your room is clean and not there is nothing on the bed. The staff of cleaning is not allowed to touch or move your belongings. If for any reason you cannot vacate the room or decide that that day you do not cleaning, you should wait for the following week.* It can be modified during holidays.

Can I rent an apartment for a stay long?

Yes, but these types of rooms are reserved for family members and short-term teaching staff .Also, there are a limited number of them; so will depend on availability

Yes, all rooms have a air conditioner that acts as heating during winter and air conditioning during summer with individual control per apartment and studio

Is there a telephone and television in the studios?

No, there is no telephone in the Studio, but there is a multimedia room for you to watch together your favorite series and sports competitions, the internet connection is suitable for you to connect your computer in your room, you can always bring yourself a screen.

Can I cook in the studio or apartment?

Yes, we have kitchenware for low rent availability for short stays, you can also enjoy the services of breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant

I have a bicycle, where can I store it?
